For those that are heavily into Digg and Reddit, have you explored other sites that perhaps aren't so mainstream?
RSSMeme is such a site, but offers some interesting stats about the news you read along with creating a community. While not the most aesthetically pleasing site, or coolest site, this delivers news and allows the user to customize to their liking by only getting the news they want.
It's a nice little site that I find more customizable than some of the others. If you get a chanced head on over to Crenk and read my review on "RSSMeme: Top Stories by RSS Shares."
